If you elect to open an account with Rockpool Trading we will ask for your name, address, email address and telephone number. We will also ask you to create a password. If you open an account on the Website we will keep a record of your purchase so that we can deal with any returns effectively. We also keep a record of any correspondence you send to us as this helps us keep track of any problems, concerns or suggestions.
You will also be asked whether you would like to receive a regular newsletter containing information about new items and designers, discounts and upcoming sales. If you would prefer not to receive this newsletter, please uncheck the box when setting up your account. If you choose to receive the newsletter and later change your mind, you may unsubscribe on the Your Account page.
If you choose not to open an account with Rockpool Trading, we will still need to request personal information from you in order to process your order. That infomation will be retained in the record of the order but will not be used for any other purpose.
We respect the privacy of your personal data, and will comply with all relevant and current data protection legislation, including the Data Protection Act 1998. We will never pass your personal details on to a third party. Your privacy is paramount.
